We are offering FREE shipping with our freight forwarder from our warehouse in Hong Kong, who hand it to either to your local courier like USPS priority, DHL-ecommerce, Royal Mail express, Deliver it, Last mile, 4PX & Cainiao smart logistics, depending on your location and the best timeframe each one can get to you.

We can also post it express for an extra cost with couriers like Fedex or UPS but the time is about 1-3working days at shortest, and 3-5 at most so our standard shipping is preferred due to the fact it is free and insured but also relatively fast! You will then receive your tracking link once we ship your item!

Due to the unique assembly from our warehouse, please allow a maximum of 1 week for modification and 7-12 working days to arrive with you. All times are estimates given from courier. After dispatch any delays are subject to your countries customs authorities which are beyond our control.

It all begins with an idea. Our Watches are customized and crafted at the request of our customers. Choice of customization: bracelet type, bezel typel, hands, dial color, movement, crown... etc… The movement is aftermarket by Seiko TMI or Miyota and other Japanese movements where all other parts are non affiliated with the brand. Anything else may be externally sourced on marketplaces like Amazon, Aliexpress, Etsy, Ebay, in which we are happy to help provide a solution for the clients needs.

WILL I OWN A GUARANTEE?

We offer a 1-year in house guarantee on our watches (movement only) but if other parts are altered such as crown, glass, bezel ... and the movement is altered and touched as a result of this then the warranty becomes void.

We deliver to most countries worldwide (Except North Korea, Russia, China, Myanmar) via free shipping with our partner freight forwarder in HK, who work with either FedEx/UPS/DHL e-commerce or your local courier and post office depending on the location. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MANUFACTURE A CUSTOMIZED WATCH?

Generally, it takes us 1 week to assemble a watch before shipping which includes the water resistance testing and demagnetisation of the watch.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY WATCH?

You can contact us through our contact form on the website, we will try to solve the problem with you. If the watch movement is under a guarantee, we will send you a replacement. Otherwise, the transport costs will be charged.
