Returns

Purchases under the EU consumer protection law can avail of returns.

Please provide us an email ([email protected]) that includes:

Order number

First name, Last name

Email address

Watch

Reason for return/exchange

If defective: a video of the defective item (clearly showing the defect).

The processing of the return takes place within 3-4 working days. Please make sure that the goods are safely packed and sufficiently protected to send back to us. Please note that the shipping costs for a return are to be paid by you.

Important! Only under the following conditions, we will accept a return and costs borne :

a) If the article was delivered by mistake wrongly,

b) If the article arrived damaged.

If one of these points is fulfilled you can apply for a shipping label. Within 48 hours you will receive the label for the return shipment as a PDF file. Now you can print it, stick it on, and send the package back to us.

Refunds are made after collection and inspection of the goods. The completion of the form is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
