Generally, it takes us 1 week to assemble a watch before shipping which includes the water resistance testing and demagnetisation of the watch. For larger orders it can take 7-12 days
You can contact us through our contact form on the website or by chat, we will try to solve the problem with you. If the watch movement is under a guarantee or a part arrives faulty, we will send you a replacement for the damaged part.
We offer a variety of Homage watch styles for sale such as DAYDATE, NAUTILUS, DATEJUST and SANTOS STYLE MODS. Each watch is made using Seiko TMI or japanese movements and can be customized with various aftermarket sorts of dials, bezels, and straps to suit your needs.
Our watches are assembled with precision and care to ensure water resistance under standard daily conditions e.g washing hands, walking in rain etc... However, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion or high-pressure water exposure. Our watches are tested for up to 3ATM
You can purchase an extra strap with your order! If you don’t see the option available on the product page, simply contact us, and we’ll make sure to include it with your purchase.
We offer a 1-year in-house guarantee on our watches (movement) if other parts are altered such as crown, glass, bezel.. and the movement is altered and touched then the warranty becomes void. Please refer to our warranty page HERE
We offer a free toolkit with each watch which you can size the watch bracelet with, however we have a tutorial page to help you adjust your watch should you have any issues. Our warranty card also contains a special QR code which you may also use to access our tutorial page HERE
Delivery
The entire process from assembly to shipping takes about 3-5 days sooner if the parts are in stock for your watch. Once your watch is assembled and your order is processed, which typically takes 3-5 days, it is shipped out by our shipping partners and usually arrives within 7-12 working days.
You shouldn't encounter any additional charges after ordering with us. We cover all taxes and import duties, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience.
For our US customers they may be charged if the US changes it's rates which are subject to change by their government after 10/11/2025 onwards.
For our EU customers or other regions orders remain the same and will not be subject to any new duties.
The price you see is the total you'll pay, with no surprise fee at delivery.
We deliver to most countries worldwide (Except North Korea, North Africa and Russia) via free shipping with our partner freight forwarder in HK, who work with local national couriers like USPS, Royal Mail, Deustche Post , or 4PX depending on the location. Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you step by step.

Order
- Returns Policy (14 Days):
You may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it’s in new condition and original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or corporate logo watches are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. - Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and sent to your original payment method. For exchanges on incorrectly delivered items, please contact our customer service — you’ll cover the return shipping, and we’ll send the replacement free of charge.
- Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours):
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as processing begins immediately.
We accept various payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discovery and JCB.
