It all begins with an idea. Our Watches are customized and crafted at the request of our customers. Choice of customization: bracelet type, bezel typel, hands, dial color, movement, crown... etc… The movement is aftermarket by Seiko TMI or Miyota and other Japanese movements where all other parts are non affiliated with the brand. Anything else may be externally sourced on marketplaces like Amazon, Aliexpress, Etsy, Ebay, in which we are happy to help provide a solution for the clients needs.

We are not affiliated with any brands shown, nor do we represent any of the various mentioned watch brands.
We offer a 1-year in house guarantee on our watches (movement only) but if other parts are altered such as crown, glass, bezel ... and the movement is altered and touched as a result of this then the warranty becomes void.
We deliver to most countries worldwide (Except North Korea, UAE, South Africa & South America) via free shipping with our partner freight forwarder in HK, who work with local courier like USPS, Royal Mail, Deustche Post ,or DHL-ecommerce depending on the location. Generally, it takes us 1 week to assemble a watch before shipping which includes the water resistance testing and demagnetisation of the watch.
You can contact us through our contact form on the website, we will try to solve the problem with you. If the watch movement is under a guarantee, we will send you a replacement. Otherwise, the transport costs will be charged.
