Right of revocation
Purchasers who are EU consumers in the sense of the consumer protection law can withdraw from a contract concluded in a distance contract (or a declaration of contract issued in a distance contract) within a period of 14 business days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.
It is sufficient if the withdrawal notice is sent within the deadline. This right of withdrawal consists, among other things, not for special orders (reduced goods), likewise excluded from the right of rescission is used, as well as not original packaged goods.
In the case of withdrawal, a total or partial refund of a payment already made takes place only in turn against the restitution of the goods received by the Purchaser. The cost of the return is borne by the consumer, shipping costs are generally not reimbursed.
