1. Scope of application
These General Terms of service and Conditions apply to the purchase in the online shop of Circa Watch Laboratories LLC-FZ. By submitting an online order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions and binds to them.
2. Object of the contract
Information in our price lists, advertisements, advertising material, and internet pages are always free and non-binding. We reserve the right to change the information contained therein at any time. Orders from the consumer are only valid as an offer for the conclusion of the contract. Orders placed via our Internet pages are deemed to be refunded at the time of receipt of the electronic order message. The contract only comes into effect upon acceptance of the order. Acceptance of the order shall take place at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
3. Withdrawal
Purchasers who are consumers in the sense of the EU consumer protection law can withdraw from a contract concluded in a distance contract (or a declaration of the contract in a distance sale) within a period of 14 business days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods. It is sufficient if the withdrawal notice is sent within the deadline. The goods are dispatched to the address specified by the purchaser. We strive to ship the products you ordered as soon as possible.

7. Reservation of title
Until the complete settlement of all claims against the consumer, the delivered goods remain the property of Circa Watch Laboratories LLC-FZ.

The consumer expressly agrees with the inclusion of his address data in our customer file and declares that he agrees to the receipt of customer information until revocation.
9. Sever-ability clause
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
10. Legal status
The court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the business relationship is UAE Meydan free-zone.
