With your unique concept, we will modify the watch according to your specifications which can take anywhere from 3-5 or 7-12 working days (for more intricate designs with custom printing + engraving options etc...) This is so we can test it to ensure everything works smoothly for you

Yes, we offer a 1-year in-house guarantee on the movement of our watches. However, if the watch is altered in ways that affect the movement, such as changes to the crown, glass, or bezel which impact and touch the movement, the warranty may then become void.
All of our Seiko watch mods use authentic Seiko TMI movements. The external mod parts like cases, bezels, and dials are high-quality aftermarket components selected to ensure both durability and a premium finish. Some of our other watches use Miyota or other Japanese movements
The entire process from assembly to shipping takes about 3-5 days sooner if the parts are in stock for your watch. Once your watch is assembled and your order is processed, which typically takes 3-5 days, it is shipped out by our shipping partners and usually arrives within 7-12 working days.
Our Seiko watch mods are assembled with precision and care to ensure water resistance under standard daily conditions. However, we recommend avoiding full submersion or high-pressure water exposure, as modded parts may vary in resistance from factory Seiko standards.
If you experience any issues with your Seiko watch mod, please contact us through our website's contact form with your order # or through our customer service chat. If the problem pertains to the movement and falls under our guarantee, we will arrange a replacement. For other unrelated issues, transport costs may be applied.
