Yes, we offer a 1-year in-house guarantee on the movement of our watches. However, if the watch is altered in ways that affect the movement, such as changes to the crown, glass, or bezel which impact and touch the movement, the warranty may then become void.
The entire process from assembly to shipping takes about 7-12 days. Once your watch is assembled and your order is processed, which typically takes 3-5 days, it is shipped out by our shipping partners and usually arrives within 7-12 working days.
If you experience any issues with your watch, please contact us through our website's contact form with your order # or through our customer service chat. If the problem pertains to the movement and falls under our guarantee, we will arrange a replacement. For other unrelated issues, transport costs may be applied.
