The entire process from assembly to shipping takes about 7-12 days. Once your watch is assembled, which typically takes 1 week, it is shipped out with our courier and usually arrives within 7-12 working days.
Yes, we offer a 1-year in-house guarantee on the movement of our watches. However, if the watch is altered in ways that affect the movement, such as changes to the crown, glass, or bezel which impact and touch the movement, the warranty may become void.
We deliver to most countries worldwide, excluding North Korea, UAE, South Africa, and South America. We offer free shipping through our partnership with a freight forwarder based in Hong Kong, ensuring your watch reaches you securely.
